Avant un repas en famille, autant faire un peu de sport. Ce sera donc un petit trail urbain<\/strong>, en famille. Une boucle de 3,4 km (70 m de D+), \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter 2 ou 4 fois, avec du bitume, des escaliers, mais aussi des chemins et des passages herbeux. <\/p>\n

Sur l’\u00e9preuve de 7 km<\/strong> (59 class\u00e9s), belle course de Tim\u00e9o<\/span><\/strong> qui prend la 12\u00e8me<\/strong><\/span> place au scratch et se classe 4\u00e8me cadet<\/strong><\/span> (32’53). Lydie<\/strong><\/span>, pour sa premi\u00e8re course \u00e0 pied depuis … tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s longtemps, prend la 39\u00e8me<\/strong><\/span> place au scratch et se classe 13\u00e8me f\u00e9minine<\/span> <\/strong>(sur 25) en 38’46.<\/p>\n

Sur l’\u00e9preuve de 14 km<\/strong> (87 class\u00e9s), une course en deux temps pour Tibo<\/span><\/strong>. Les 7 premiers kilom\u00e8tres avec Lydie, puis la deuxi\u00e8me partie de course en solo. Avec au final, la 49\u00e8me<\/strong><\/span> place en 1h08’41. <\/p>\n

Sur l’\u00e9preuve benjamins \/ minimes<\/strong> <\/span>(2 km<\/strong> \/ 17 class\u00e9s), deux podiums pour nos jeunes Petits Suisses. Une jolie 2\u00e8me<\/strong><\/span> place (8’18) pour Ne\u00eflo<\/strong><\/span> en benjamins<\/strong> et la 3\u00e8me<\/strong><\/span> place (7’15) pour No\u00e9<\/span><\/strong> en minimes<\/strong> (apr\u00e8s un sprint acharn\u00e9 \u00e0 3 pour la 2\u00e8me place). <\/p>\n
