Au programme, 850 m\u00e8tres de natation en deux boucles (avec sortie \u00e0 l&rsquo;australienne entre les deux), 20 km de v\u00e9lo de route (200 m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif) sur un circuit exigeant avec des c\u00f4tes et pas mal de relances, puis 5 km \u00e0 pied pour finir, autour du plan d&rsquo;eau de la Fert\u00e9 Mac\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2551 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/petitssuissesnormands.ovh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/surviv1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"854\" height=\"368\" srcset=\"http:\/\/petitssuissesnormands.ovh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/surviv1.jpg 1200w, http:\/\/petitssuissesnormands.ovh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/surviv1-300x129.jpg 300w, http:\/\/petitssuissesnormands.ovh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/surviv1-1024x441.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/petitssuissesnormands.ovh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/surviv1-768x331.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 854px) 100vw, 854px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s une natation o\u00f9 elle n&rsquo;a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 poser sa nage (20&rsquo;25 \/ 125\u00e8me temps), <strong><span style=\"color: #1167b5;\">Ga\u00ebtane<\/span><\/strong> a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 reprendre des places en v\u00e9lo (49&rsquo;39 \/ 120\u00e8me) et a bien g\u00e9r\u00e9 sa course \u00e0 pied (31&rsquo;44 \/ 138\u00e8me) pour prend la<span style=\"color: #1167b5;\"><strong> 132\u00e8me<\/strong> <\/span>place au scratch et <span style=\"color: #1167b5;\"><strong>3\u00e8me v\u00e9t\u00e9ran 1 femme<\/strong><\/span> (sur 12) en 1h44&rsquo;25.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s son trail \u00e0 Granville le vendredi soir, d\u00e9part tranquille en natation pour <span style=\"color: #1167b5;\"><strong>Vincent<\/strong> <\/span>(22&rsquo;42 \/ 157\u00e8me), avant de retrouver ses sports de pr\u00e9dilection.
