En plus des C.O nocturnes, il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait un <strong>marathon<\/strong>, d\u00e8s le 9 janvier, \u00e0 <strong>Cernay<\/strong> (Yvelines). C&rsquo;\u00e9tait la 8\u00e8me \u00e9dition &#8230; et la 8\u00e8me participation pour Thierry ! Un joli parcours avec une seconde boucle foresti\u00e8re et vallonn\u00e9e. <span style=\"color: #1167b5;\"><strong>Thierry<\/strong><\/span> termine <span style=\"color: #1167b5;\"><strong>71\u00e8me<\/strong><\/span> (sur 234) en 3h45&rsquo;56 et prend la <span style=\"color: #1167b5;\"><strong>4\u00e8me place<\/strong><\/span> (sur 19)<span style=\"color: #1167b5;\"> <strong>en master 5<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 son premier trail de 2022, sur le <strong>trail des Loups<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>Moyon<\/strong>, sur le parcours de <strong>57 km<\/strong> (oui, oui !!).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Son compte-rendu<\/span> :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inscrit sur le parcours de 57 kilom\u00e8tres, nous \u00e9tions 70 au d\u00e9part. Ce parcours est assez roulant avec 1100 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif, mais les portions boueuses font baisser la moyenne. C\u00f4t\u00e9 m\u00e9t\u00e9o, la matin\u00e9e \u00e9tait presque printani\u00e8re malgr\u00e9 un vent assez marqu\u00e9.&nbsp; Puis, le ciel s&rsquo;est couvert et une petite pluie a fait son apparition vers 14h30.
