Les participants doivent effectuer 6 fois une boucle de 26 km et 1000 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif, soit un total de <strong>156 km<\/strong> et<strong> 6000 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif<\/strong>. Ils sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rents capteurs et entre chaque boucle, ils effectuent environ 45 minutes de tests divers (mesures de force, test de lucidit\u00e9, \u00e9chographie cardiaque &#8230;). Ghislain a achev\u00e9 son parcours en <strong><span style=\"color: #1167b5;\">26 heures<\/span><\/strong> environ (arr\u00eats inclus).
