La m\u00e9t\u00e9o n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9pargn\u00e9 la course famille (1,5 km) \u00e0 laquelle Am\u00e9lie G a particip\u00e9. Sur le 21 km, deux Petits Suisses Normands \u00e9taient engag\u00e9s : Thierry H prend la<strong> 69\u00e8me<\/strong> place en 1h40&rsquo;37 et J\u00e9r\u00f4me C la<strong> 76\u00e8me<\/strong> place en 1h42&rsquo;14.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-170 size-donovan-list-post aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/pdwpwzx.cluster028.hosting.ovh.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/melo_TH-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Alegreya;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">LE COMPTE-RENDU DE THIERRY<\/span> :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Alegreya;\">Ayant toujours une petite douleur au tendon d&rsquo;Achille, j&rsquo;ai longtemps h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer et finalement, la proximit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve et l&rsquo;envie de courir l&rsquo;ont emport\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Alegreya;\">Le d\u00e9part est donn\u00e9 et au bout de 500 m, je retrouve Michael avec qui je m\u2019entra\u00eene le midi \u00e0 Mortain. Nous allons courir de concert jusqu&rsquo;au 15\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre o\u00f9 le manque d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement commence \u00e0 se faire sentir pour moi.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Alegreya;\">Je fais l&rsquo;effort pour terminer au sprint ce semi de rentr\u00e9e. Je termine 69\u00e8me (177 class\u00e9s) en 1h40&rsquo;37 et 10\u00e8me v\u00e9t\u00e9ran 2 (sur 26). <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Alegreya;\">Le parcours est sympa avec une partie centre ville, le parc et le stade, un peu de campagne jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Rebion, le quartier Saint Michel et le retour en centre ville.
